The data controller has integrated the Google Analytics component (with anonymization function) on this website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service. Web analysis is the elicitation, collection and evaluation of data on the behaviour of visitors to websites. A web analysis service collects, among other things, data on the website from which a person concerned has accessed a website (so-called referrer), which subpages of the website have been accessed or how often and for how long a subpage has been viewed. A web analysis is mainly used to optimize a website and for cost-benefit analysis of Internet advertising.
The Google Analytics component is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
The data controller uses the suffix "_gat.anonymizeIp" for the web analysis via Google Analytics. By means of this addition, Google shortens and anonymizes the IP address of the Internet connection of the person concerned when accessing our website from a member state of the European Union or from another state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyse the flow of visitors to our website. Google uses the data and information collected to evaluate the use of our website, among other things, to compile online reports for us that show the activities on our website and to provide other services in connection with the use of our website.
Google Analytics places a cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned. What cookies are has already been explained above. By setting the cookie, Google is enabled to analyse the use of our website. Each time one of the individual pages of this website is called up, which is operated by the data controller and on which a Google Analytics component has been integrated, the web browser on the information technology system of the person concerned is automatically prompted by the respective Google Analytics component to transmit data to Google for the purpose of online analysis. As part of this technical process, Google obtains knowledge of personal data, such as the IP address of the person concerned, which serves Google, among other things, to trace the origin of visitors and clicks and subsequently enable commission statements.
Cookies are used to store personal information, such as access time, the location from which access came and the frequency of visits to our website by the person concerned. Whenever you visit our website, this personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the person concerned, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may disclose personal data collected through the technical process to third parties.
The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time, as already described above, by means of an appropriate setting of the web browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the web browser used would also prevent Google from placing a cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned. In addition, a cookie already set by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time via the web browser or other software programs.
The data controller has integrated Google reCAPTCHA on this website.
Google reCAPTCHA is a funcion of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). This function is primarily used to distinguish whether an input is made by a natural person or is abused by machine and automated processing. The service includes the sending of the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google and is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in determining individual ownership on the Internet and the prevention of abuse and spam. The use of Google reCAPTCHA may also involve the transmission of personal data to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
The data controller has integrated Google Maps on this website.
Google Maps (API) is a web service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google") to display interactive (land) maps for visual representation of geographical information. By using this service, visitors to the website are shown the company's location and any directions are made easier.
Information about the use of the respective website (such as the IP address) is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the USA as soon as the sub-pages into which the Google Maps map is integrated are accessed. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which the person concerned is logged in, or whether no user account exists. If the person concerned is logged in to Google, their data will be assigned directly to their account. If this assignment is not desired, the person concerned must log out before activating the button. Google saves the data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation takes place in particular according to art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of the legitimate interests of Google in the insertion of personalized advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.
The controller has integrated Google fonts into this website. Google provides free fonts that can be used when designing websites.
This site uses web fonts provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google") to uniformly display fonts. When a page is called, a person's browser loads the required Web fonts into the browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser used by the person concerned must connect to Google's servers. This gives Google knowledge that the relevant website has been accessed via the IP address of the person concerned. The use of Google Web Fonts takes place in the interest of a uniform and appealing representation of the on-line offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If the person's browser does not support web fonts, a default font is used by the person's computer.
Google LLC., based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.
This site uses Font Awesome for the uniform display of fonts and symbols. The provider is Fonticons, Inc., 6 Porter Road Apartment 3R, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
When you call up a page, your browser loads the required fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts, fonts and symbols correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Font Awesome's servers. This enables Font Awesome to know that your IP address has been used to access this website. The use of Font Awesome is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in the uniform presentation of the typeface on our website.
If a corresponding consent was requested (e.g., a consent to store cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.
If your browser does not support Font Awesome, a default font from your computer will be used.
The use of the Twitter plugin is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the greatest possible visibility in the social media. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.
The data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.Details can be found here: https://gdpr.twitter.com/en/controller-to-controller-transfers.html.
Your Data protection settings on Twitter can be changed in the account settings at https://twitter.com/account/settings.
The controller has integrated components of YouTube on this website. YouTube is an Internet video portal that allows video publishers to post video clips and other users to view, rate and comment on them free of charge. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, which is why complete film and television programs, music videos, trailers or videos produced by users themselves can be called up via the Internet portal.
YouTube is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
Each time one of the individual pages of this website is accessed, which is operated by the data controller and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, the webbrowser on the information technology system of the person concerned is automatically prompted by the respective YouTube component to download a representation of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. More information about YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/about/. In the course of this technical procedure, YouTube and Google are informed which specific subpage of our website is visited by the person concerned.
If the person concerned is logged on to YouTube at the same time, YouTube recognizes which specific subpage of our website the person concerned visits by calling up a subpage that contains a YouTube video. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the respective YouTube account of the person concerned.
YouTube and Google receive information via the YouTube component that the person concerned has visited our website whenever the person concerned is logged on to YouTube at the same time as accessing our website; this happens regardless of whether the person concerned clicks on a YouTube video or not. If such a transmission of this information to YouTube and Google is not desired by the person concerned, this can prevent the transmission by logging out of their YouTube account before calling up our website.
The data protection regulations published by YouTube, which can be accessed at https://policies.google.com/privacy, provide information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google.
Our website uses plugins of the video portal Vimeo on the e-learning platform. The provider is Vimeo Inc, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.
When you visit one of our pages equipped with a Vimeo plugin within the E-Learnings platform, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. In the process, the Vimeo server is informed which of our pages you have visited. In addition, Vimeo obtains your IP address. This also applies if you are not logged in to Vimeo or do not have an account with Vimeo. The information collected by Vimeo is transmitted to the Vimeo server in the USA.
If you are logged into your Vimeo account, you enable Vimeo to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your Vimeo account.
The use of Vimeo is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
An iFrame to ARIVA.DE AG, Neufeldtstraße 9, 24118 Kiel, Germany, is embedded on our pages. ARIVA.DE is a provider for the online retrieval of shares & stock quotes. We use the ARIVA.DE interface to display price and chart information of the LS telcom share in the investor relations area. When you click on the ARIVA.DE iFrame, a direct connection between your browser and the ARIVA.DE server is established. ARIVA.DE thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click on the ARIVA.DE iFrame while you are logged in to your ARIVA.DE account, ARIVA.DE may be able to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. The legal basis for the integration of the iFrame is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in optimizing the user-friendliness of the website and enabling a user-friendly link between our website and the online course display of ARIVA.DE.
We would like to point out that the data input and processing on the website displayed in the iFrame is outside our sphere of influence and the responsibility for compliance with the guidelines of the GDPRis thus subject to the operator of the integrated website.
